Il 28 febbraio sarà la Giornata delle Malattie Rare 2021
Siete a conoscenza che esistono sindromi iatrogene causate da farmaci di uso molto comune e caratterizzate da pesanti disfunzioni della sfera sessuale persistenti dopo la sospensione e ad oggi senza cura?
La Post-SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD), causata da farmaci serotoninergici, in particolare delle classi SSRI e SNRI, prescritti non solo per depressione e ansia, ma per sempre più innumerevoli disturbi.
La Post-Finasteride Syndrome (PFS), causata da finasteride, prescritta in giovani uomini per trattare l'alopecia androgenetica.
La Post-Accutane Syndrome (PAS), causata da isotretinoina, prescritta per trattare l'acne.
Quest'anno, PSSD Italia, in collaborazione con altri gruppi ed Associazioni PSSD internazionali, ha organizzato una piccola campagna di divulgazione e consapevolezza, invitando alcuni pazienti che soffrono di PSSD a farci conoscere la loro storia.
