Disfunzioni sessuali post-SSRI

Perché la psichiatria accademica ha impiegato due decenni per riconoscere la condizione? Un cambiamento nel consenso scientifico può essere difficile da individuare, tanto meno misurarlo accuratamente, ma le sue cause ed effetti sono ancora importanti da valutare. Ciò è particolarmente vero per l' Antidepressant Withdrawal (AW) cioè la Sindrome da sospensione da antidepressivi, che ha impiegato più di due decenni per essere riconosciuta e che ora sta iniziando a ricevere la copertura mediatica e di ricerca che merita, dati i milioni di pazienti colpiti in tutto il mondo.
