Di seguito è tradotta la lettera pubblicata oggi 27 Maggio 2023 su Twitter da @PSSDNetwork a questo link , destinata alla Società Internazionale di Medicina Sessuale (ISSM), come reazione al  video sulla PSSD  pubblicato il 5 maggio 2023. Punti chiave: In un breve video ospitato dall'ISSM, un medico-ricercatore ha suggerito che la disfunzione sessuale post-SSRI non è reale. Il medico ha affermato che la vortioxetina non causa disfunzioni sessuali. Il bilancio delle prove indica che lo fa. Il medico è stato beneficiario, consulente e coautore per Takeda Pharmaceuticals, l'azienda che commercializza la vortioxetina - un conflitto di interessi non dichiarato.
